We all walk beneath the same stars.
I love walking in the local Northern Beaches bushland. Over time, I've developed a deep emotional connection with this land and love observing the changing seasons.
Whenever I find the opportunity, I pause to sit amongst the trees on sandstone rocks overlooking the bushland, feeling privileged to experience this as so many have before me. Countless birds, lizards, wallabies, bandicoots, echidnas and people have traversed this landscape, sharing in its beauty and wonder.
I am humbled by the realization that I am merely "just passing through," knowing that others will follow in my footsteps and I know how precious this land is and that we are must protect it.

This collection I use encaustics and oils which brings an ethereal and other-worldly quality to life beneath the water.
In rock pools and also deep within the ocean where giant cuttlefish and other almost alien-looking sea life thrive to some it’s an imaginative world to some it’s place that they are to dive within but it’s always a place where we are only visitors within.
